INVENTORY CONTROL
The Flinchbaugh Company uses JobBOSS because it is the most widely used and trusted software designed specifically for custom manufacturers, job shops, and high-tech shops. All job tracking information is logged into our system at the initiation of each customer order. The entire process is then tracked from there all the way through delivery to ensure commitment dates are met.
CAPACITY PLANNING
An important aspect of delivery is understanding available work center capacity. JobBOSS is utilized to provide this information so work center capacity can be understood and scheduled to meet job delivery on a timely basis. In turn, raw materials can be planned to support these same schedules. Without good capacity planning, work centers could be overloaded and over-committed or under-utilized and under-committed.
