We maintain a facility of 22,000 square feet, housing some of the finest and fastest high-tech machining equipment in the industry. And near that facility is a modern warehouse with plenty of space for an inventory storage and a shipping facility.

12-inch chuck with integrated live tooling, high-pressure coolant, 29” swing and 4.3” through spindle. Our longest bed length is 59” between centers with 49” maximum turning length.

One of Two Haas DS-30Y CNC Turning Center With Live Tooling & Automatic Bar Feeder
In 2019, we bought and installed our first brand new Haas DS-30Y CNC Turning Center – 10” Chuck with 8” opposing Sub Spindle with live tooling, high pressure coolant, and automatic bar feeder which can run “Lights Out” manufacturing work. We bought a second identical machine in 2021. We replaced the oldest, most worn out lathe equipment with the newest available technology.
