ASSEMBLY SERVICES

At The Flinchbaugh Company, we can assemble the parts that we machine for you so that your product is ready for your use as soon as it leaves our facility. This service saves our customers time, hassle, and the expense of relying on multiple vendors for machined parts and in-house assembly.

By seamlessly combining our other premium services, such as machining, painting, electroplating, heat treating, and grinding along with assembly, we can assure you of a high-quality, finished product. Together, our team can provide you with products that fit your applications and meet your tight project deadlines.

Full Range of Machine Parts Assembly Capabilities

Our customers have significant benefits when we combine assembly and machining operations. These benefits include savings on performing assembly operations during machining cycle time, as well as an important physical validation of fit at the time of manufacture. The services we offer also reduce work that would otherwise be purchased elsewhere or performed inside your company.

We often assemble machined and/or purchased component parts. Flinchbaugh’s 22,000-square-foot facility includes an assortment of assembly equipment and capabilities. A few of our offered assembly services include installation of Bushings, Bearings, O-Rings, Inserts, Clips, Pins, Helicoils, and various other purchased hardware. Sometimes assembly involves the use of an adhesive or different types of presses. Our largest press is capable of a 100-ton force.
