Gregory Jenkins
Owner & President
Gregg began his career in manufacturing at Flinchbaugh Company Products in York County, PA in 1979. He progressed through roles as a machine operator and supervisor to SPC Engineer, General Foreman, Manager, and finally, Operations Superintendent. He has experience in a variety of machining and specialized processes. In 1999, Gregg was hired as Director of Operations for Maryland Specialty Wire, a division of Handy and Harman. He progressed to the position of Wire and Cable Group GM and Vice President overseeing all facilities located in England, New York, New Jersey and Maryland. In 2005, he acquired The Flinchbaugh Company and is the company’s President and majority owner. Married since 1980 with three daughters, Gregg has been a resident of the York County region since 1969. He holds degrees in business and management from York College and Eastern College.
Kimberly Jordan
Executive Vice President
Kimberly is also a company officer and minority owner. She graduated from Millersville University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Kim has worked for The Flinchbaugh Company since 2005 in materials management and quality management. Prior to Kim’s position with Flinchbaugh, she participated in the ownership and management of a multi-location retail franchise. She lives in York, PA with her husband and three children.
Matthew Roth
Vice President of Operations
Matt provides leadership to the operational, engineering and new business development groups. Matt obtained his MBA and BSME from York College of Pennsylvania. His work experience at Harley Davidson, York, PA was in the areas of Manufacturing, Lean and Continuous Improvement.
Chris Jordan
Director of Business Development
Chris is a graduate of Millersville University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is focused at Flinchbaugh on service and development throughout our customer base. Prior to joining The Flinchbaugh Company in January 2012, he was the General Manager of Apple Archery Products, LLC in Manchester, PA from 2007-2011. Chris also owned and operated several small retail businesses since 2001. Originally a native of Lancaster, PA, Chris now resides with his wife and three children in York, PA.
Karen Fry
Controller
Karen Fry is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, with a BS in Business Management. She has been with The Flinchbaugh Company. since 1989 and has spent all of her time in office management and financial areas of the business. She lives in York, PA and has two children.
Joe Hays
Estimating & Processes
Joe has worked for the company since 1985. He worked in the shop for 15 years operating manual equipment, CNC Mills and CNC Lathes. He obtained his Journeyman Machinist Papers in 1992. Joe supervised the shop for 10 years and has managed the estimating and process engineering functions since 2005. He lives in York, PA with his wife and has two children.
